Are you products cruelty free?

 Yes, none of our products are tested on animals! Makeup is for people!

When will my order ship?

You will get a shipping confirmation 1 – 3 business days after you place your order. If you preorder an item, allow an extra 5 business for your order to ship. We tend to ship out orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How much is shipping?

Domestic shipping depends on the weight of your order. Domestic shipping costs averages around $3.50 but ultimately depends on the weight of your package. International shipping prices start at $11 USD but depend on the weight of your package. 

I am a pro makeup artist, do you offer discounts?

At this time we do not. 

I am a beauty blogger, and I want to review your products. How can I become an affiliate or a part of PR?

We do not offer an affiliate program at this time. We also do not have a formal PR list. PR packages are sent out at our leisure.

Is there an order limit?

No, you can order as much as you want! 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide with some exceptions. 

How do I track my order?

When you receive your shipping confirmation, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update. If you do not see a shipping confirmation, check your spam and make sure to add ninethreebeauty@gmail.com to your contact list.

Are your lipsticks scented?

Yes! They vary in scent. 

Are your lipsticks gluten free?

Yes. 

The product that I want is not in stock, when will you restock?

Follow us on Instagram @NineThreeBeauty for all new releases and restock updates. 

Do you want to carry us in your store?

Please email ninethreebeauty@gmail.com with all wholesale inquires. Please note that with wholesale orders you must order at least 10 units of one item/shade. Ex. 10 units of our Ivy Liquid Satin Lip Color. Depending on the number of items/units in your order, you can receive up to 40% off of retail price. 

Will I have to pay custom fees?

You may or may not have to pay custom fees, taxes, duties. We are not responsible for these fees. You may deny the package and when it comes back to us we will issue a full refund if your package has not been opened. If you want it shipped back, custom fees may still apply. Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges.
