Shipping

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due if we are given the incorrect address. If the package gets returned, buyer must pay shipping to get the order sent to the correct address. . We cannot change a shipping address once the order has been shipped. If you notice an error with your order, please contact us (ninethreebeauty@gmail.com) so that we can cancel the order. When we cancel, you may then reorder if you'd like. 

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the USPS and claimed not to be received are no longer our responsibility and must be taken up with your local Post Office as soon as possible.

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, they are exempt from being returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to OUR error is not eligible for refund.

If an error is made on our behalf we will offer a refund or store credit. Please first contact us at ninethreebeauty@gmail.com

If you receive a damaged product, please email us with photos of the product(s) within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will offer a replacement or refund. We will not replace damaged items without photos.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we see fit.
